Do you offer warranty with a purchase?

-We have partnered with Montage Jewelry Care that offers variety of protection for your jewelry that can be purchased during checkout or within 60 days of purchase. For more details click the link above.

Can I get my own design custom made?

-Absolutely, creating a custom design is our forte. For more details, visit our Custom Design page.

Do you have payment plans or options?

-We offer financing programs as well as a layaway plan for any purchase that exceed $500.

Is shopping on your site secure?

-Yes, we take every security measure to ensure your purchases are safe. 

Are your shipments secure?

-Every shipment is monitored and is shipped fully insured and require for an adult signature to be delivered.

What is your return policy?

-We offer full refund within 30 days of purchase for unused items that are returned in its original condition.

Do you have an upgrade policy?

-Yes, any solitaire diamond purchase can be traded back in for credit towards an upgrade.

Will my information get shared or sold to any 3rd parties?

-Any information shared on our site is 100% private and confidential.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my online purchase?

-Yes we collect sales tax on all purchases.

What if I need to resize a ring I purchased?

-We offer 1 free ring sizing with your ring purchase, let us know what size you need, and we can have it size before shipment. For any questions or concerns about resizing a ring after delivery call us at (951)656-7177 or email us at info@fashionislandjewelers.com and we  will accommodate you with a remedy.

Do you offer international shipping?

-No

I found a diamond on a competitors site, can you get me a better deal?

-We are extremely competitive and if you give us the opportunity to earn your business we will try everything we can to do so.

Can you engrave my ring?

-For any ring purchased from Fashion Island Jewelers, we offer laser engraving for additional $40.

What type of payments do you accept?

-We accept all major credit cards, financing, wire and cash (only in-store).

 

Does white gold turn yellow over time? 

-Yes, gold is naturally yellow and due to gold content in the metal we apply rhodium plating that gives the metal a pure white finish. Rhodium will wear out in due time and will require to be replated to obtain the pure white tone.
